When creating images dealing with Industry and business, particularly the building industry, cranes are a useful symbol, but combining the mechanical symbols of industry with the human resources, the human faces, creates a much more intimate, connected and dynamic communication tool. The mechanical devices of industry are important, but not nearly as important as the people behind the machines, and behind the scenes. Nothing starts without an idea, and no machine has yet come up with an idea! It is the creativity of men and women that drive and propel progress, and it is important to put a face on them for the world to see.
